Sales Manager Defense and Security

For our customers in the field of public safety and defense, we are seeking a Sales Manager – Defense and Security to join our team at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will manage existing client relationships and further expand our market presence in the defense and security sector within the German-speaking region and across the EU.
Qualifications:
- A degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- In-depth understanding of communications and IT infrastructures, with specific experience in satellite communication services being an advantage.
- Relevant experience and a solid network within the public safety and defense industry; detailed knowledge of procurement procedures, particularly for the German Armed Forces, is desirable.
- A confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Willingness to travel.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to quality.

- Build and expand a network of contacts within the relevant segment.
- Strategically and sustainably enhance the visibility of our company and service portfolio within the target segment.
- Provide early and long-term support for procurement projects and initiatives.
- Participate in events, trade fairs, and specialist conferences.
- Monitor and evaluate relevant tenders.
- Prepare competitive, profitable proposals that comply with public procurement regulations.
- Establish a robust sales pipeline.
